Our Story
Cubanu Started in 2007 with an idea to bring mouth-watering authentic Cuban food to Rahway, New Jersey. Inspired by their mother’s delicious home cooking, Owners Pablo and Jerry Varona pay homage to her recipes. 90% of the dishes at Cubanu have roots from her kitchen.
Located in the heart of downtown Rahway one block away from Rahway Trainstation, Cubanu offers a safe place to come dance, drink, and eat. With Drink specials every weekday and a Dj playing Latin hits ever Friday and Saturday Cubanu is the spot to be.
