Our Story
Cubanu Started in 2007 with an idea to bring mouth-watering authentic Cuban food to Rahway, New Jersey. Inspired by their mother’s delicious home cooking, Owners Pablo and Jerry Varona pay homage to her recipes. 90% of the dishes at Cubanu have roots from her kitchen.
